‘ODI cricket = Virat Kohli’

Kohli has been in great form in the 50-over format recently. In his last five matches, he has scored three centuries and two half-centuries. This strong run includes two hundreds and a fifty in the ODI series against South Africa. This comeback is even more special because Kohli had a tough time on the Australia tour, where he was dismissed for two ducks in three games.

Since then, the dashing right-hander has bounced back strongly. And now Goswami mentioned how Kohli continues to set high standards in ODI cricket. The former Bengal star noted that Kohli’s century for Delhi is clear proof that he remains a key force in the 50-over format.

Goswami posted on X: “With 2 back to back ducks in Australia, people thought Virat Kohli was over but that’s the class of this man. In last 5 fifty over games he’s got 74*, 135 , 102, 65* & 131. You just cannot count him out. Have said this before will say it again. ODI cricket = Virat Kohli.”
