India National Cricket Team star wicketkeeper-batsman and Test vice-captain, Rishabh Pant, played a sensational knock in the Test series opener against the England National Cricket Team.

Rishabh Pant completes a ton with a one-handed six

On the first ball of the 100th over, England spinner Shoaib Bashir bowled a flighted delivery to Rishabh Pant, who was batting on 99*.

Facing the delivery, Pant did what he does best, and danced down the track to smash the ball through the line and cleared mid-wicket to register a stunning one-handed six.

With this, Pant completed his seventh hundred in Test cricket, and he took his helmet off and raised his bat to acknowledge the applause.

After that, he dropped his bat and went on to do a somersault celebration – the same celebration he pulled off after hitting a brilliant century for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in IPL 2025. Pant also gave a warm hug to his captain as the duo celebrated the milestone.
