Joburg Super Kings’ current form in SA20 2025-26
The Joburg Super Kings qualified for the knockouts in SA20 last season and were knocked out after participating in the Eliminator match against Sunrisers Eastern Cape at the Centurion.
This season, they started their campaign against Pretoria Capitals and won the first match by a margin of 22 runs. The Super Kings then defeated the Durban Super Giants in the second game. In their next game against DSG, a supreme battle marked the third consecutive win for the Super Kings.
However, this match marked the end of their winning streak; two games were washed out by rain, while they lost both their games against MI Cape Town, first by 4 wickets in a low-scoring match and then by 36 runs in a high-scoring game.
Faf du Plessis’ all-time batting stats in SA20
Faf has starred for the Super Kings franchise in the IPL, SA20 and also the MLC leagues. He represents the Texas Super Kings in the Major League Cricket and scored 934 runs with 420 and 468 runs in the 2024 and 2025 editions.
In the IPL, he has played 7 editions for the Chennai Super Kings, as he has scored most of his runs in the IPL in the yellow shirts. With 398, 303, 380, 162, 396, 449 and 633 runs, he has his best stats for the Super Kings.
